In our place you can enjoy your breakfast, your coffee or your drink as you are relaxing on our terrace overlooking the sea view. Breakfast buffet hours are from 07:30am to 10:30 am.
If it is difficult for you to reach the main terrace, please do not hesitate to communicate with the Reception desk.

After demand, our guests can use the computer in the Reception desk to scan, photocopy, or print.

The Air Conditioning unit can operate from the remote control in your room. Each room has its own independent unit. Please make sure that ALL windows and doors are closed when the A/C is on.

At the reception there is a first aid kit, with most vital medical supplies. There is also a possibility to arrange for a doctor visit at your room, at your own expenses. The public hospital of the area is on duty 24hrs per day. You can find a PHARMACY very close from our hotel.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel, because there isn’t any suitable place for their stay.
Some strayed animals, especially cats, enter the premises on their own. Please pay no attention to them so not to encourage them from staying.

Baby cots/ high chairs in the restaurant, on request.

On your departure day you should release your room by 12:00. If you wish to keep your room longer, please inform the Reception and day use can be arranged at extra charge, depending on availability.

Please do not take your white bathroom towels outside from your room (not at the pool nor at the beach). Please inform the Reception if you need towel change or if you wish to keep them more days. After your check out from your room you can relax on the swimming pool area or you can use our shower area. In that case, please keep your room towels.

Sun beds and umbrellas can be used without any extra charge.
It is not allowed to enter into the pool wearing clothes or shoes or carrying drinks or food.
For your safety diving into the pool is not allowed.
Do not leave children under 14 years old unattended.
Do not run around the swimming pool.
All ball games are not allowed in or around the pools.
Do not enter the swimming pool immediately after even a light meal or drinking alcohol.
Read the instruction carefully and have children under supervision.
Parents or guardians have full responsibility of their children.
The hotel management has the right to restrict any guests who do not follow the rules or create problems for the safety and the well run of the swimming pool.

The closest bus stations in the hotel, “Agios Dimitrios” and “Kalamaki”, are only 50m away from the hotel. Every 15 minutes bus “21” goes to the city center and to the old Venetian harbour of Chania. There are also buses to the opposite direction, so you can explore areas such as, Platanias or Agia Marina. Furthermore, from bus station “Kalamaki” you can board on KTEL buses and visit some of the most stunning beaches of the island.
